Negros Occidental Provincial Capitol – Governor Eugenio “Bong” Lacson has released an advisory with regard to other contact mechanism for Non-COVID-19 concern calls.

As our 24-hour COVID-19 Hotline is mainly intended for health information, emrgency contact and coordination between patients, health workers and emergency responders, we hereby request the public to divert to other contact mechanism we developed for their repatriation concerns so as to ensure that critical calls can get through the COVID-19 Hotline anytime 24/7.

Due to vast demand for repatriation of Overseas Filipino Workers as well as homecoming of stranded Negros Occidental residents, we have developed an online system of communication and registration, as follows:
